Founded by Matt and Rob, former IBM colleagues, Noremo brings 25+ years of experience in business, product and technology consulting across multiple industries and geographies.

Noremo offers three core services: Tech Due Diligence to de-risk acquisitions for investors, Tech Strategy guidance to support business growth and Exit Preparation support. The firm works across sectors including Aviation, Energy, Insurance, Telecoms and Transportation - and their Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales and Service networks.

Noremo values outcomes over effort, prefers in-person workshops over online meetings and takes an iterative approach: test, learn, repeat.
